Village Stories - Part III

You know you live in a small village when you can walk across the street to pick out your Christmas tree...

The local Boy Scouts and Rotary groups put together a Christmas tree sale every year, and it is very conveniently right across the street!

So Matthew, Bea and I headed out to get this years Christmas tree...

With the help of one of the wonderful Boy Scouts, we found the perfect tree.  Not too tall, not too fat, and no prickly needles :)

Bea was more than excited that a.)  we were putting a tree in our living room and b.) it meant Santa had somewhere to leave presents...

We left the tree for a little trimming with the Boy Scouts and headed off to a great breakfast at our new favorite breakfast spot...

The Lemon Peel, serves up some very fresh, very homemade, very delicious crepes!!  Just a stone's throw from our house, and another reason I LOVE living in a village :)

After filling our bellies, it was time to decorate the tree...

A little handmade, a little vintage, a very Vintage Chic Christmas :)
